Terms and conditions

Please allow between three - four weeks between placing your order and receiving
your new creations. If your require your order sooner,
please contact Michelle at Contact Us to see if we can complete you order in the time that it is required.

Return policy - if your order is a special design there is a no return return policy.

If it is a design as per  sample - there is a 7 day return policy -  But please take into consideration when placing and order that  a lot of time has gone into each design  - as all Shellarn design creations are individually handmade to order. If you want to purchase a design but then return it because it simply does not suit  please ask Michelle before hand to send you as much information so this could be avoided. Return postage is at your expense.

 We do not accept earrings back due to health and safety. 

As Shellarn designs range is handmade and there might be a slight variation in design or materials used. while we do our best to represent the true colour of all material used. We use a mixture of components which may vary in colour to the photo.

Michelle prides herself on her attention to detail in each design and has the highest standards of workmanships whether you want classic sophistication or an elaborate master piece.
