Terms and conditions

Please allow between two to three weeks between placing your order and receiving
your new creations. If your require your order sooner,
please contact Michelle at Contact Us to see if we can complete you order in the time that it is required.

Return policy - if your order is a special design there is a no return return policy unless there happens to be a fault with the item. Any other returns - there is a 7 day return policy - please contact us with your intention to return the product/s. Return postage is at your expense.
 We do not accept earrings back due to health and safety.  Postage cost are not refundable.

As Shellarn designs range is handmade there might be a slight variation in design or materials used.
we also hold the right to substitute a part or parts if one becomes unavailable.
while we do our best to represent the true colour of all material used. We use a mixture of components
which may vary in colour to the photo.
