Appointments: I like to give a bride a one on one service where you can try on different pieces and then we can discuss if you would like any changes. Appointments are available week days, week nights and also on a weekend. But I realise this is not always possible so the alternative is for me to make a consultation preferably by phone so that I can fully understand your requirements. However I understand this is not away convenient and I am more than happy to work via email. You can order an exact replica of something you have seen on this site, or an adapted version, or a new piece. There is no obligation with a consultation. Can I purchase online? Of coarse you can. There are selection tools on each design to help you choose the right colour and style.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Fascinator Position: The designs are placed on the manikin for the best angle for the photo so I can show you a full view. When it comes to my designs they can be warn in many different way from the front to the back - long ways and side ways. If you wish to wear it in a different direction than shown please let me know how you would like to wear it and I will place the comb in the best position for it to be placed into your hair.

I see an item but it has no price? From time to time you will see an item or items with out a price. These items are new designs and the price will be there hopefully not long after the photo (generally with in a week). If you are urgent for the price email Michelle and the price can be worked out for you.

Custom make: Designs whether it be a tiara, a comb, a fascinator or jewellery it can be designed to suit your personal  taste's - I like to believe designs are endless - it just takes a little imagination. When I create a custom design piece  for a bride or change an existing design I like to take photos as I go and send them to you so if any other changes need making then they can be done as its being made.

How is it fixed onto my hair? All my designs come with a comb. Fascinators come with both a comb and bobby pin loops and the loops are what really hold it in the best, the comb is more of a guide for placement. Tiaras also come with a loop on either end for bobby pins.

Do you ship internationally: Yes. We ship to New Zealand, USA, Canada, England and Great Britain. The prices on this web site are in Australian dollars. You will need to use Pay pal at the check out to proceed with the order.
 
How much is shipping?: Shipping is calculated automatically when you use the on-line store. If you place your order by other methods, your shipping will be calculated manually.  You will be contacted with the price prior to shipping your order.  Calculations are based on the gross weight of individual parcels, the price also includes an Australia post parcel box or envelope.
