About the designer
I started in a junior role for a leading bridal Millinery company in Melbourne who supplied leading retail outlets. While I worked closely along side a master in millinery my talents were discovered and I was taught how to make beautiful bridal fascinators and bridal tiaras as well as race hats and fascinators for the spring carnival season. After several years of being guided I then became the lead designer for the company and continued in this role for many years. With this wonderful experience and after having a family of my own Shellarn design was created.

I have a great passion for designing and have always believed designs are endless - it just takes a little imagination.
All my attention goes into every detail of every handmade flower, hat, fascinator, tiara and jewellery piece I create. This is why I love working closely alongside a bride for her special day, where I get such joy of being able to help and guild her to choose something  special to complement her beautiful gown.

Quality assurance
When I'm creating a piece for a bride I only use quality materials sourced from around the world including 100% silks, Swarovski crystals, Rhinestones and pearls.

Fascinator Position: When viewing the designs thoughout the website. All designs are placed on the manikin for the best angle for the photo so I can show you a full view. When it comes to my designs they can be warn in many different way from the front to the back - long ways and side ways. If you wish to wear it in a different direction than shown please let me know how you would like to wear it and I will place the comb in the best position for it to be placed into your hair.
